On your back, palms down, fingers facing tip of spine. Pretend a string is attached to your sternum – the center bone of rib cage. Lift from this bone up toward the sky as your elbows bend come under your body and support the lift. Let your head relax backward. This pose energizes the parathyroid and improves the voice. It relieves mental tension and strengthens the diaphragm.
Open the chest and breathe deep.
